For all DC area teachers who have completed a DC educator preparation program (EPP) and less than 4 years of teaching in DC, OSSE is providing 1:1 access to a personalized non-evaluative coaching partner from EdConnective!

Over 200 DC leaders have had an excellent experience with an EdConnective coach over the past 2 years, and we’re very excited to expand this partnership to support teachers! 

This unique benefit gives teachers 1:1 access to a partner who will help focus on specific needs to help teachers succeed. Coaches work with teachers to understand their goals and school setting, celebrate what’s working well in the classroom, and support professional growth with specific, practical strategies — all in a completely non-evaluative format to keep focus on positive student impact!
